General Anesthesia (GA) Coordinator

Assists the doctors in preparing cases to be treated under general anesthesia at different facilities, as well as helping families understand the process and treatments.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Organize and prepare paperwork and OR slates
Prepare estimates, confirm insurance coverage, and discuss GA information with parents
Discuss treatment plans, procedures and questions from parents
Discuss financial arrangement and handle the collection of deposits and payments

 

Qualifications:

·         Ability to work with children

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to work well in a team and individually

·         Complete understanding of Dental Insurance
