Dr. Sachdeva was raised in North Delta and earned both her Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Physiology and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of British Columbia. After practicing as a general dentist in Northern BC for four years, she pursued her passion for orthodontics and returned to UBC to complete her three-year specialty training and Master’s degree in Craniofacial Sciences.
Her research on the relationship between jaw structure and sleep apnea severity was presented at the American Association of Orthodontists Conference in Philadelphia. Dr. Sachdeva is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and an active member of the British Columbia Society of Orthodontists, the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontics.
Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, with memorable adventures including climbing Mt. Fuji at sunrise and trekking the Tour du Mont Blanc across France, Italy, and Switzerland. She also loves playing tennis, exploring new restaurants and cuisines, and can almost always be found with an iced coffee in hand.
