Appointments & Cancellation Fees
PDG is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We know that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, however, please be aware that you may be subject to a cancellation fee if you miss the second one without notifying us 48-hours in advance.
We work with you to help maximize your insurance benefits, however, insurance policies do vary. We can only estimate your coverage and cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. It is expected that your estimated patient portion is paid at the time of service.
As service to you, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance to be paid-in-full.
