An Important Update for Our Valued Patients
Dear PDG Patients,
We have an important update about our former points rewards program, the Hub Rewards, from Practice Genius.
In the past, PDG Dental proudly utilized Hub Rewards as a means to show our appreciation for your loyalty and trust. This program allowed us to extend our gratitude by offering you a variety of rewards and prizes. However, since we closed the partnership in December 2022, we are moving to exclusive giveaways and other rewards throughout the year.
Closure Details
We want to emphasize that an email was sent to all of our patients in July 2022, notifying them of the impending closure. As part of the finalization of this transition, all users will no longer have access to their Hub Rewards profiles, and the ability to redeem any remaining points or prizes will no longer be available. We want to clarify that PDG Dental no longer has access to this platform and we will no longer be able to send out gift cards.
